1. Entry Policy

Entry to DXB Khaliji Night Club is subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Age: All guests must be 21 years of age or older. ID will be required upon entry.
• Dress Code: We enforce a smart elegant dress code. Sportswear and shorts are not permitted.
• Right of Refusal: Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person without giving a reason.

2. Reservation Policy

We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. A booking requires confirmation and a deposit. A strict cancellation policy applies.

3. Code of Conduct

We expect all guests to behave respectfully. The use of illegal substances, violence, or harassment is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any person who violates these rules.

4. Liability

The club is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal property. Guests are responsible for their own safety.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
